First week of Classes

*Extended yawn* Pretty early in the morning (or should I say noon now XD;) and it's Labor Day weekend. Well time to head back to school and start classes. First week wasn't so bad as classes went by relatively fast. I'm taking sixteen credits this semester with classes everyday. I have to take a language credit so I decided to take French which is on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10:00 a.m. for an hour. Econometrics is Monday an Wednesdays right at noon for about an hour and a half. Neuropsych is on Tuesdays and Thursdays mornings which will probably be my hardest class to show up for since its so fucking early to go to class at 8:30 a.m. which I haven't done in about two semesters XD Lastly, Political Science is just on Tuesday afternoon with a three hour lecture but has a lot of reading. My professors are pretty cool, but then again I've never had them before so we'll see how things come along.

Overall this semester seems to be alright. Met up with the gang and everything during lunch at The Commons and caught up on everything. I said goodbye to the others who left for Pittsburgh and Boston on the phone, so we'll still keep in touch. My hardest class is probably going to be French since the pronunciation is so fucking hard to do. Thank God Mark took it for seven years so he can help my ass out when I eventually start struggling XD

Ah shit I have to get back to this damn reading and take notes before I get hit by the procrastination bug. Time is money, and I can't afford to waste any!

I got a new car! =D

I got a brand spanking motherfucking new car!!! Yes for my twenty first birthday my grandparents gave me five thousand dollars to put on a down payment for a new car. I've been driving my mother's Mitsubishi Galant 2003 which she gave me four years ago, and since it now has over hundred thousand miles on it I decided it was time for a change. After spending over six hours looking and negotiating with the dealership, I decided to buy the Honda Civic 2008 LX in black! Man this car is so fucking awesome! Its so new and sleek! The dashboard is completely different then what I'm used to and its really spacious which makes it a comfortable ride. It ended up costing $19,025 after taxes, accessories (I might add more later though and I'm getting backup sensors installed next week), and handling. I got financing with $300 a month for 60 months. I can pay it off easily with the help of my parents (who are willing to help even after paying for the lease of my apartment as my birthday present) so that will be great to build up my credit history which is looking really great right now!

Haha I really am grateful to God and my family for allowing me to live a life such this where I can afford to buy luxurious (at least by my standards) items and continue to get a good education so once I start my career I can live a successful life. It really means a lot and I thank God everyday for gracing me with everything He's provided.

O.K. enough before I turn this into a religion sermon XD I'm just really happy I got a new car and can't wait to start driving it. Especially since school starts next Wednesday it doesn't hurt to show off a little now does it? I'm sure it will get heads turning and the girls looking! XDD

Well I'm off to drive in my new car!

Happy Birthday to Me!

Hahaha that's right! Its my birthday! I turn 21 years old today! Man the years sure just fly by don't they? I mean I can remember when I was just a first grader in elementary school filling my brain with knowledge and gaining new experiences. Then before I knew it I was in middle school for three years and met new friends, studies got harder, and I played even harder. Then came one of the biggest life changing experience when I went off to high school and into my teen years. Those were some hard, fun, confusing, tragic, and crazy times. Then came college. Oh boy I can say when I turned eighteen that was when I was thrown into the adult world. New apartment, a car, managing bills, going to school, studying, love, working, attending clubs/societies, and of course partying. Even with the hard and bad times I have to say I enjoyed it greatly overall and wouldn't regret a single thing (ok maybe one or two but I'm being optimistic here >.>).

But heh now I'm 21. I'm off my parents health insurance (your considered a pediatric patient until your 21) so I have to start taking care of that. I have to go back to school in a little more than a week so I ordered all my school books, but luckily my parents paid for that (hell if I can pull out over $700 for all that shit). Later today at around 8:00 p.m. I'm going to Little Italy in the inner harbor for dinner with my family and relatives. It's formal wear so I have my tuxedo ready and everything. So far I've got a few calls wishing me happy birthday from friends, but the one that I really appreciated is the one from my grandparents. Giving me the usual stuff with 'we love you and take care of yourself' and be responsible and act like a grown man and all that other bullshit. So far its been a good day. Just kind of weird and taking a look back on my life through the years and seeing how I've developed as a person. Reminiscing with all the memories of my past and looking towards the future. What things are to come and effect my life and staying strong so I can face them head on.

Alright enough of that. This day is special. It's my day! The day I came into the world and started my life. The day every year celebrating my creation. The day I get a little older and build myself as a human being. Wherever or whatever path of life I'm lead on I'll face it with my head held high and a strong will. God willing I'm sure it will be all for the best.

Love and Peace to all! =]
