What's the last t.v. show I watched? I think it was Curb your Enthusiasm around a year or so again. But lately I decided to give it a shot and watch some real T.V. show besides Sports Center on ESPN. So I watched five seasons of The Office and second season of Chuck. Both television shows were recommended to me by fellow friends so I decided to give them a go. And what can I say but I actually really enjoy them both very much!
The Office is great since it provides an awesome sitcom of office life with a diversified cast that brings me laughs with their hilarious antics. Micheal Scott (Steve Carell) is a great actor and provides a humerus performance in nearly every episode. While it does have its bit of angst with office relationships and such, its overall really a fun show. I enjoy the dynamic it provides with the greatly crafted humor that always provides good laughs when viewing an episode.
Chuck is a rather new show and though not the powerhouse like The Office it still has it very own charm with a mix of action/comedy/romance that almost always leaves me satisfied after a viewing. With a colorful cast of characters and the male/female leads giving a superb performance I've really come to enjoy it. I hope a third season does get cleared because their still is quite a bit of things that need to be cleared up and explored into backgrounds of characters and events. Plus, I have two friends who watch the show as well and it provides a good discussion with them every Tuesday!
So along with my weekly manga I have two T.V. shows to look forward to as well!
